Return Process:
Log in to your account by clicking here.
Go to the order history tab.
Select the order details with the reference number.
Navigate to the return section and provide the necessary details for your return request.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, as we do not currently offer pickup services. The unused product should be sent back in its original packaging within 10 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
For the safe return of your item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Certain items are exempt from returns, including liquid items, gift cards or health vouchers, products purchased during a sale, and items sold under discount, 1+1 offer, or free items.
Therefore, we kindly request you to carefully place your order and review the specifications to avoid confusion and incorrect order placements.
Refund Rules:
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase directly to the manufacturer. Once the return is initiated, please share your return shipping details with us. Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations.
Eligibility for Refund:
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product for the following conditions:
- Correct product
- Unused condition
- Intact seal
- No damages
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days, as per the bank’s policy.
If you have not received your refund within 10 days of approval, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as there might be a delay on their end. If there are no issues reported by the bank or credit card company, please contact us at Tri-originayurveda@gmail.com immediately.
Please note that if the return package does not meet the specified conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the package and/or refund. Include the provided return reference on your return package and ensure that all products are returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged. You can print out this document and include it in your package.
